Hmm, that *was* one of the reasons I decided we need a web team, I
suppose I should make use of you rather than simply take your money to
get the website online :P

The file to edit is /srv/http/www/new/header.php, I think a good place
for it would be in the sidebar, above the "Get Hurd" box. There *is* a
git branch ("new") for the new website, but don't commit to it just
yet, I have made several big changes today that I haven't had chance
to commit yet.
