[archhurd-devel] archhurd.org backup procedure

We need to think of a plan for backing up archhurd.org; I've added it
to my backup system which I'll briefly explain:

 * A full backup is taken at 5PM on the 1st of every month
 * An incremental backup is taken an 8PM every Sunday

These backups are taken via ssh and rsync, so I've enabled SSHing in to
the root account, though the root password is disabled so the only way
to SSH in is to have the SSH private key from my server, so I don't
think that's much of a security risk. And I've restricted the commands
allowed to root via SSH.

If we think that's a good enough backup system for now, then we're
sorted :)
If not, I'll leave it in place anyway (unless someone has some great
objection), as more backups are always good.
